I am a 26 year old Ph.D. Fellow currently enrolled in a Ph.D. programme at Aalborg University, Department of Computer Science. I specialize in the Semantic Web and Linked Data. More specifically, my Ph.D. works towards ensuring the continued and full availability of the Semantic Web by introducing decentralization to the current architecture. This is an important step, since a fully available Semantic Web is essential to numerous activities in Computer Science, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
My supervisor is Katja Hose and co-supervisor Gabriela Montoya. Before starting on my Ph.D., I took my Bachelor degree, B.Sc. in Engineering, Software, at Aalborg University with Tung Kieu Vu Thanh as supervisor. I took my Master degree, M.Sc. in Engineering, Software, at Aalborg University with Katja and Gabriela as my supervisors.
My main research interests lie in the area of the Semantic Web. Specifically I have previously worked with explaining RDF property paths and efficient querying of knowledge graphs. However, mainly I work with decentralization of the Semantic Web. Moreover, I have a general interest in distributed database systems, Peer-To-Peer (P2P) systems, and query processing over decentralized RDF clients.
